How can I order ?
 

• You can send us fax/email with the details of your order, as soon as we receive your order we shall send you the proforma invoice for you confirmation.
   

What is minimum order quantity ?
 

• We prefer orders above U.S.$ 500.00, but if you are new customer and want to try our quality before bulk ordering then we will accept trial orders.
   

How is shipping done ?
 

• We can make the Shipment by Air Freight/Sea Freight/Sea-Air Freight, as per you Choice

  For Air Freight / Sea-Air Freight Minimum of 60-100 Kgs is Advisable
  
  For Sea Freight Minimum of 500-1000 Kgs is Advisable.
  
  We can send you the small parcels of Facetted Cut Stones & Cabochons by Air Mail Post Parcel.

  If you prefer door delivery then we can send you the shipment by FedEx/UPS/TNT/DHL
   

How do you pack the goods ?
 

• We normally pack our goods in Corrugated Boxes.
  
  Some of the bulky items like Tumbled Stones, Tumbled Chips (Un Drilled), Rough Stones, etc... are packed in Gunny Bags.
   

When will you ship my order ?
 

• Normally the delivery time is around 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your confirmed order, but we can make the shipment early if you ordered items are in stock.
   

What about freight & insurance cost ?
 

• As our prices are F.O.B, freight & insurance is payable by you at the destination, if you want you can send the freight and insurance charges in advance.
   

How can i make payment ?
 

• You can send the payment by Bank Electronic Transfer, you can also send us the Bankers Cheque at our mailing address.
  
  As soon as we receive the order, we shall send you our bank details, for you to make the payment.
  
  You can also make payment by using credit cards or PayPal by clicking the below given button, we use PayPal online payment system to process our online payments, you have to pay additional 5% transaction charge for payments made online by PayPal or credit card.
